I really like VirtualBox to run BT in.  Let me virtualize and play multiple targets at once so I can use BT and targets on the same machine at the same time.  Very simple to use.

Notes: 4 runs great, 5 x64 needs some tweaking but 5 x32 is OK.  I use both KDE and GNOME so pick your favorite flavor of graphical  interface.   Pick the ISO image and not the VM
(unless you are using VMware Player.)
